Right angle slip ring combination seal JK1—ⅠA
1. Overview
The right angle slip ring combination seal JK1—IA consists of a right angle slip ring filled with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composite material and an O-shaped rubber ring (GB/T3452.1-2005). It is suitable for high and low speed reciprocating motion and one-way piston rod (shaft) sealing of high-pressure hydraulic system. It is used with guide ring and support ring. If the shaft diameter is less than φ100, open grooves should be used if possible.
2. Working conditions
Working pressure: 0～60MPa
Operating temperature: -55～+2500C (depending on O-ring material)
Reciprocating speed: ≤6m/s
Applicable medium: air, water, water-glycol, mineral oil, acid, alkali, etc.
