Expanded internal support device
basic information
I．Performance and Purpose
The device is taking advantage of polyurethane elastomer of high elasticity, high strength characteristics to the design the internal expansion and support device for the threading machine. When used just can pull conical extrusion ring, the expansion ring engenders uniform radial deformation by the action of conical extrusion ring, which makes the hole of steel pipe tight in order to fixed steel pipe and centering. The device has type Ⅰ and Ⅱ, applied with our product of Type Z expansion ring for pipe-threading machine.
II．Working conditions
Working medium: water, emulsion, hydraulic oil；Working temperature: -20 to +80℃.
